U.S. Navy Rib-Rack Knit Set in Dull Purple Wool

We had these knits produced last month. They are a little bit off in the proportion
of rib-rack to vertical straight weave—the vertical weave should be a little
bit taller, but we are getting new knits as replacements. We are selling the sets we
got, as they are still quite good for use on Navy jackets. The straight weave part is usually
about 2" tall on originals, and yet we do have one original H&L Block M-422A which is only 1/8" taller in the
straight weave than these reproductions.
The wool yarn and design of these knits are superb. They would make a great replacement
for an original, and even the cuffs alone would do justice to a jacket that needs them.
The waist band is quite tall, but if applied to a jacket with a 3" tall waist band height,
the bands can be cut to the right height and installed. We have 30 sets to start with.

This shade of dull purple is quite hard to come by in replacement knits.
