This jacket is based on one of the most iconic A-2 patterns. Dubow was a massive producer of A-2 jackets during WWII, and though they weren't a garment maker, their patterns look and feel fantastic. This jacket is in new condition, and has been tried on several times. It was made just a bit too narrow in the torso for the customer, so it's now for sale.

The leather is Italian veg-tanned aniline finish seal brown, and this leather both looks and smells great. The weight is dense, but comfortable. The knits are a very close color, and the dark brown thread, accurate for this contract, matches the leather well.

The zipper is a reproduction Crown, and the slider is an actual vintage WWII Crown. These zippers are extremely strong.

The jacket would ideally fit someone in the range of 5'8" to 5'10" with a chest of 39"—40.5", and a weight of about 150—165 pounds.
