Any vintage jacket in this size is quite rare, and the condition of this one is wearable and strong. The goatskin is superb, with some signs of use, but still very clean and good. The lining is great, too, with no holes we could find, and in excellent, clean condition. The mouton is great, with a desirable mid-brown color. One area near the shoulder line had some mouton missing, but we've colored it as the mouton, and no one would notice unless they had the jacket close to their face, not worn. The waistband is strong, with only one area of darning shown below, and the wool knits are new, applied by us in a matching color. The Conmar zipper is excellent. Overall, this is one solid example of a vintage G-1, which is in a very common size. The jacket would ideally fit someone in the range of 5'10" to 6'2, with a chest of 42" to 44.5", and a weight of about 185-210 pounds.
