The jacket was only tried on. The leather is Italian veg-tanned seal brown horsehide, and has lots of natural grain. This horsehide is the same weight and firmness as Shinki. This jacket is a slender size 42, slightly longer than historically accurate in the body. Some prefer their jackets a bit more snug. The rest of the jacket has correct details for the Star Sportswear contract, like an M-42 vintage Talon zipper, the design of the pockets, collar, and epaulets, and even brass eyelets for the throat clips.
