This jacket is a return, as the sizing was just a bit short compared to what the customer needed. The jacket is a typical vintage size 40, and would fit someone perfectly who has a 40" chest, around the shoulders of about 47", and a height and weight of 5'7"—5'9" and around 150-160 pounds.

The jacket has our chrome tanned, aniline dyed goatskin, which has a superb light format of leather. It's not thin, but neither is it overtly heavy - soft drape and extremely comfortable. The lining is a very dense viscose rayon that we were able to acquire from a noted fashion house, and of all the rayon fabrics we've used, this is the most dense, and highest quality. We've only got enough for a few jackets, so this is a great lining choice.

The zipper is a No.7 Waldes riveted nickel model. The chest zipper is a Waldes ball–chain model. We use No.5 zippers for the chest, as they're stronger than No.3 sizing, and both are seen on originals.

The jacket is a size 40, displayed on a size 43 mannequin, so it's definitely not as tight looking on a person of the right size. For this jacket, we made the lower torso have less flair than our typical pattern—the jacket goes straight down after the stomach area. The sleeves look rather wide at the ends, but this just is how they look when a bit flat, as we did not apply filler in the sleeves when taking the mannequin photos.
