News: WWII U.S. Navy Jackets

We have started two new WWII reproduction flight jackets from the U.S. Navy. These are based on two
very rare contracts. After getting excellent seal brown goatskin and other parts that emulate original jackets,
we are ready to produce these jackets.

Our two patterns are Monarch Mfg. Company's M-422 (not an M-422A, as Monarch didn't have an M-422A contract), and then
Bogen & Tenenbaum's AN-6552. These two patterns are quite different in design, and have unique construction details compared
with better known WWII USN jacket makers, and both jackets look fantastic.

Our seal brown veg-tanned goatskin looks superb, both in color and grain. Over time, this hide will develop wonderful
character and creases, and the seal finish will wear on the edges to a slightly lighter, more reddish tone of brown.
